These are NOT drop in classes – Must reserve a minimum of 2 hours in advance.
Active Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Designed to promote energy levels, build strength and increase flexibility. This upbeat 50-minute class helps you link breath with movement and gracefully transition in and out of poses. Emphasis is placed on sun salutations, balancing, twisting, and seated core work. You will leave feeling lively and rejuvenated. (All levels).
Gentle Flow & Meditation Yoga – Slower paced 50-minute class that helps you unwind and de-stress. After a brief centering, you will flow through an easy vinyasa series with emphasis on alignment, breath work and seated postures to promote relaxation. Be prepared for a mini meditation at the end. This class is great for those new to yoga or looking for a less intense variation of the active vinyasa flow class. You will leave feeling mellow and at-ease. (All levels).
CycleFit Power Hour
How about an extra 10 minutes to challenge your mind and body? If you love the Signature class, then jump on the Power Hour for 60 minutes of cardio, strength training and core work.
