These 50-minute classes will not disappoint!
Signature: Our classic class format. 50 minutes of total body conditioning, that combines cardio, core and 1 to 2 strength training tracks with dumbbells.
Cardio & Core: No dumbbells, and more core to strengthen and tighten that mid-section for better form and posture, and more Tabata intervals and hills to really get your sweat on!
HIIT Strength: More and heavier dumbbells, alternating sprints, and hills, with focused strength training to tone and tighten all your major muscle groups.
And do you want more toning in your mid-section? After each class, join us in the Ludus Lounge for 10 minutes of blasting core work!
A Fitness w/Friends Class
This small group fitness program provides personalized attention for proper form, intense focus, and dramatic results. Each one hour class is a different, unique, format focusing on different muscle groups, using a variety of fitness equipment and tools. Included with this package are weekly, personalized emails with additional at-home workouts, healthy recipes, nutrition and training tips so you can stay focused in-between your class schedule.
This program is purchased in packs of 6 classes. It is designed to participate in one class per week, although you may attend more if you prefer. Packs expire 8 weeks after your first class.
