New! Our boot camp style circuit training class, OFF the bike. We will incorporate strength movements, plyometrics, cardio and core. Expect a 50 minute full body workout that we guarantee results!
CycleFit Power Hour
How about an extra 10 minutes to challenge your mind and body? If you love the Signature class, then jump on the Power Hour for 60 minutes of cardio, strength training and core work.
Are you new to indoor cycling? This is why we offer COMPLIMENTARY CycleFit 101 classes. We cover the basics of bike set up, proper form, and standard moves that ease you into the full body workouts and give you the comfort and confidence to step into the Arena. This class has been suspended for the summer months and will be available the first Saturday of every month starting October.View Class Schedule
