Our classic class format. 50 minutes of total body conditioning, that combines cardio, core and 1 to 2 strength training tracks with dumbbells.
Combine everything you love about a CycleFit class, then add total body strength training. A full sixty minute workout in the Arena. Thirty minutes ON THE BIKE (no weights) coupled with thirty minutes OFF THE BIKE with repeated, high intensity weight lifting movements.
Both of these classes are included in the Unlimited Package.
