How do I sign up for a class?

Signing up is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Register your account online by clicking the Log-In/Sign-Up Tab.  
  2. View the Schedule, and find the class you’d like to attend. You can sign up for any class up to 7 days in advance.
  3. Reserve your space in your desired class in order to guarantee yourself a bike! You may drop in but you will not be guaranteed a bike.  All first timers MUST arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
What do I wear?

Dress to sweat! We recommend form fitting pants or shorts and a breathable tank or tee. Padded shorts and padded seats are not necessary, but you are welcome to use them if they make you more comfortable. Moisture wicking clothing is also a plus.

“Do I need to bring cycle shoes?”

Absolutely not! We believe that cycling shoes are essential to achieving the maximum results from each workout. Therefore all of our classes include complimentary shoes, as well as a towel. Should you choose to enjoy our locker and lounging areas, complimentary bath towels and robes are provided. Our lockers even have daily-use locks.

Do I need to be experienced to join?

No way! If you’re looking for a fresh start, come check out CycleFit 101. Of course you are also welcome to take any of our other classes. Just do what you can, and skip the rest. It’s YOUR ride!


How many calories will I burn?

How many calories you burn depends on a variety of factors including height, weight, gender, and effort level. But on average, it’s a safe bet to expect you’ll burn 400+ calories per 50 minute class.

Is CycleFit affordable?

We offer a variety of price-points, designed to make the CycleFit workout experience affordable for everyone. For our more frequent riders, we offer packages of 5 and 10 classes at a discount. We also offer an unlimited monthly package if you’re feeling really hard-core! It also pays to keep an eye out for special promotions on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat, as well as in our weekly newsletter.

How can I pay?

We have a no cash policy, meaning that we do not accept cash payments.  This is safer for us, our employees, and our customers.  In store and online, you can pay securely with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card.

What about cell phones?

In order to enable everyone to engage and enjoy the entire CycleFit experience, all of our classes have a strict no cell phone policy. We also ask you to keep your phones on silent at all times while in the facility, and take any phone calls outside. We and your fellow gladiators thank you for your cooperation!

Is there an age restriction?

While we do not have a specific age restriction, due to the safety recommendations of our bike manufacturer, you must be at least 4’11” in height to participate in our classes. Please also be aware that we do not offer any child care services.

Do I need to come early to class?

If you are joining us for the first time, we strongly encourage you to come 15 minutes early.  Our qualified instructors will be on site to assist with bike set-up and proper form.  Our classes will start promptly at the designated time.  As a courtesy to other gladiators, if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the class.

What if I need to cancel or change a class reservation?

Any cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made 4 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel past the 4 hour mark, and the class has a waitlist, you forfeit a class in your current class pack, or will be charged a fee if on the unlimited package. You may cancel online, on the app, or by calling us. Please note, in fairness to all our customers, BIKES WILL BE RELEASED 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS to allow those waiting for a spot to get into the class.
