If less than 3 people in a class, the class may be cancelled four hours prior. Please register for the class of your choice and not drop in unless needed.

Our classic signature class format. A total of 50 minutes total body conditioning on the bike, that combines cardio, core and 1 to 2 strength training tracks with dumbbells.

Metcon 30/30

Combine everything you love about a CycleFit class, then add total body strength training. A full sixty minute workout, starting in the Arena and then moving to Turf. Thirty minutes ON THE BIKE (no weights) coupled with thirty minutes OFF THE BIKE with repeated, high intensity weight lifting movements.

This 60 minute class is unlike ANYTHING you have experienced before. The first 45 minutes of this HIIT & Endorphins Releasing Experience is in the Arena, sometimes on, and sometimes off, the bike….you work every muscle group, even those you forgot about, while taking your heart rate on that rollercoaster ride you have come to love. The last 15 minutes of this class is on the Turf for a non-stop C&B (Core & Buns) session that will leave you with that “WTF was that feeling”?  Come with an open mind, leave with a glistening body and re-charged mind!


On the Turf, this class is perfect to BUILD your best body, BOOST fat-burning and JUMP start your energy.  This 50 minute class is focused on gaining muscle tone and strength. This full body workout will use a mixture of weights and equipment to condition your muscles. Progressive full body strength training meets sweat inducing exercise combinations. An intense total body workout designed to define and tone every muscle. 


On the Turf, this high energy, low impact workout tones the body by creating long lean muscle. This class uses a combination of postures inspired by dance, yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Other equipment like light weights and resistance bands are also used. BarreFit is a great way to tighten and tone the body!

PilatesBodyFit by Jenna

On the Turf, we use resistance bands, pilates balls, light hand weights, and sliders. This class format is a challenging combination of barre and mat pilates exercises. While staying with the HIIT format you have come to expect at The Fit, this class focuses on controlled movements to strengthen, lengthen and stretch your legs, abs and arms.
