Our classic signature class format. A total of 45 minutes total body conditioning on the bike, that combines cardio, core and 1 to 2 strength training tracks with dumbbells.


In this unique 45 minute class, sometimes on, and sometimes off, the bike….you work every muscle group, even those you forgot about, while taking your heart rate on that rollercoaster ride you have come to love. This class is perfect to BUILD your best body, BOOST fat-burning and JUMP start your energy.  This 45 minute class is focused on gaining muscle tone and strength. Progressive full body strength training meets sweat inducing exercise combinations. An intense total body workout designed to define and tone every muscle. Light hand weights recommended.


This 45 minute high energy, low impact workout tones the body by creating long lean muscle. This class uses a combination of postures inspired by dance, yoga and Pilates. Exercises focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Other equipment like light weights and resistance bands are also used. BarreFit is a great way to tighten and tone the body! Light hand weights recommended.
