Our unique spin class format that gives you a total body workout and an intense cardio HIIT experience. You’ll ride the rhythm of some dope playlists, grab dumbbells for upper body work, and work your core the entire time. Get ready for a cardio rollercoaster unlike anything else!
CYCLEFIT AND CORE
A full CycleFit class followed by cardio core work on a floor mat next to your bike.
A one-of-a-kind class format on and off the bike. First half intense cardio HIIT on the bike, and second half intense strength HIIT off the bike using light dumbbells, bands, and other surprises making each class unique.
High energy, low impact! This class uses a combination of postures inspired by dance, yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small movements. Light weights and resistance bands also used to tighten and tone the body.
