Fall is my favorite season, and not just because it gives me the excuse to eat everything pumpkin. I love it when my favorite food brands take it to the next level with seasonal flavors. At any given time, you can find at least one of these items in my gym bag. Here are a few of my fall favorite finds! They make the perfect pre or post workout snack!

There are so many things to love about autumn. The perfect fall evening for me involves cuddling up on the couch in my oversized hoodie with a piping hot cup of pumpkin spice coffee and watching one of my all-time favorites: Hocus Pocus! Not to mention it’s the only time of year that it’s semi-acceptable for adults to play dress up for a night (or two)! And hello, there’s candy!
Fall shenanigans aside, it’s not just about the delicious foods. The smells from my favorite fall flavors are just as intoxicating. Don’t act like getting a whiff of that apple cinnamon candle at Target doesn’t give you that warm autumn feeling all over.
While I love the smells fall has to offer, some of those candles cost a small fortune. Why spend $25 on a candle when you can get the same smells from common household items? Here is my DIY fall wax melt warmer that is sure to fill your home with the warm scents we all love.
DIY Natural Wax Melts
Wax Melt Warmer
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or a cinnamon stick
Combine all ingredients in the wax melt warmer. Once warm and melted, give it a little stir. Depending on the size of your warmer, you may need a little more oil or spices. Let your nose be the judge! Get creative with your fall scents. Try one with cranberries and orange zest, or pine needles and nutmeg!
